  5. Only carry out maintenance work once approval has been received from you
  6. Discuss any aspect of building design, refurbishment work, extension, enhancement with our in-house team of design consultants and project managers
  7. Manage contractors on you behalf through our in-house highly experienced project management team for any development work that you may require.
  8. Advise on property condition by carrying out routine inspections highlighting any immediate repairs etc
  9. If required, carry out pre tenancy checks to ensure readiness of the properties for new tenants
