PFI Management Limited is an independent company and is not tied with any particular Bank or Building Society or a panel of lenders.  In fact we have access to the ‘whole of the market’ and deal with all the high street and specialist lenders.  This enables us to source mortgages, re-mortgages (domestic and commercial), Buy to Let, Let to Buy, Right to Buy, Property Abroad, Secured Loans and Bridging Facilities from any lender in the UK.  The main criteria we have is to ensure that the product suites the need of our client.

As an FSA regulated company we already have all the necessary infrastructure and compliance procedures in place which means that you don’t have to worry about any operational costs, compliance or logistics that a new business would have to consider.  In fact once you develop a working relationship with us then you are more than welcome to come and use our facilities and ‘hotdesk’ in between your appointments.
