As an example, for the Bronze package you pay a small 'one off' fee, which gives you complete control of the sales particulars of your property including pictures and text that can be uploaded on the website. Other marketing tools such as 'For Sale' board can then be added as an extra if required.

Alternatively, if you prefer the more traditional method of selling your property, then let us do the work for you. We will take professional photographs of your property, write the text describing your property's best selling features and prepare a professional sales brochure. Once approved by you, this will then be sent to all the potential buyers on our database. Your property will be marketed on our web site and within our sales office. We will then arrange and accompany all viewings at times that suit you best and provide feedback after each viewing. We will also supply and erect a 'For Sale' board outside your property.
